The one I have been going to for the past 3½ years cause it was the perfect time for me !!! Well it seems really unfair that they can just change it because they think 7.30 is a better time well not for me. I am still very focused and my personal motivation is very high.&lt;br /&gt;I just wished i could have a few good weeks to make me feel I am making real progress.&lt;br /&gt;Got to also stay as the groups biggest looser as I have a few people hot on my heels now with some good losses. I have to now keep the motivation and focus of last week up and keep focused.  Stability Ball and spinning tonight and I want to really start to push myself and really get burning those calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next week would really like a good loss and be slimmer of the week and get back to the days of old. I started this week by having eggy bread and fresh tomatoes for breakfast and brought a chicken salad for lunch.  Now the question is what to have for tea. I am on an original day so steak Salad would be nice and tick all the boxes. Managed the gym on Friday night and worked really hard, then just had fruit &amp;amp; chicken for tea when I got in.&lt;br /&gt;Depressed myself on Saturday and nipped up to Mcarthur Glenn (J28) to go to the addidas shop, got a great top from the Nike shop and some Fab new Reebok trainers, but the Addidas shop was a disaster, bought some cropped leggins for spinning and couldnt even get them over my hips and then got a Vest top that shows up every one of my rolls of flab !!!   This has motivated me cause I now have to go back there again next weekend.&lt;br /&gt;Then on monday someone took a few pictures of me at Moorgreen Show, with the cattle and posted them on Facebook and I look like I did when I was 22 stone !! I am so motivated this week, just wished i could have this much resolve every week. &lt;br /&gt;Went out last night and had steak salad and asked for it with no chips no jacket potatoe no peas no mushrooms and no onion rings and no salad dressing.  My friend sat and ate a pudding and I had a black coffee, it felt to be that much in control and the food was really nice.  I did have a sachet of mayonaise which I looked up this morning and it was 4½ syns... OMG .  Just got to keep this up over the weekend then weigh in on Tuesday should be a breeze.&lt;br /&gt;My personal circumstances have changed slightly (ie been dumped yet again) so i can be more focused on me an my weight loss and exercise.&lt;br /&gt;Having a man in my life has made me drop that focus and cook nice food for him, which i consequentially eat as well. All that now is over his choice and I am gutted but that is the way it is. Getting the hours back in at the gym, and looking to do the same again this week but end the week on a loss.  I know it is Bank Holiday and could potentially be a situation where Alcohol may be required, but I am going to try my hardest to avoid it. &lt;br /&gt;I have had a very traumatic few days but still made it to weigh in and the gym.  I have to turn my life round, and I know I can do it.&lt;br /&gt;If I have a good loss next week i will start to put it down again and update my ticker. Havent had that award since March 2010 and This week I earnt every bit of it. Got to keep plugging away at it then on Monday night I will get the results that i deserved last week.&lt;br /&gt;Cant go to pieces over the weekend, I never used to, I used to be better at the weekends than in the week.  I could loose 3 lb over the weekend, But that hasnt happened recently.  Going to have a sneeky little weigh on the scales in the morning.&lt;br /&gt;Nursing a bad shoulder, so only doing spinning and legs tonight !! I am back at class with a vengance and want to get myself back on track and back loosing weight.&lt;br /&gt;I could write a list of excuses down here as to what has gone wrong but i am not going to as its life and also me being weak and using events as a reason !!&lt;br /&gt;I found that when I blogged more I was much more focused and was planning more so here I go again.&lt;br /&gt;Not going to say yet how much I have put on, but I will when it starts comming back off, cause I am going to do it, and I am going to eventually get to my target of loosing 10 stone. This week motivation has been high and I have been very good, even though I am still not eating enough.  That is again what I am going to work on this week, as I know that is where I am going wrong.  Mixed feelings about weigh in tonight as I think i could have a gain cause all though I have been really good I went out for a family meal last night, so not only did I not go to the gym I had all you can eat Chinese.  That was my only failing for the week, so with any luck i should still have a good weigh in. &lt;br /&gt;I need some good news this week as I have had a lot of personal stress this week and feel very very low, and i am surprised I havent gone off the rails food wise. Didnt spoil things with a fancy valentines meal as Lee was working so at least I could look on the bright side of it somehow, and on the Monday didnt go off plan either.  I think my problem this week will be the fact that I havent been eating enough.  I have had a few things to deal with and that has made me not want to eat as I have been feeling a little sick. I seem to be getting a steady loss but I suppose I am just impatient and wish it would come off as quick as it goes on.  But in real terms i did have three off plan meals in that so just imagin if i ever had a stunningly good week fully on plan !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well So far today I have been on a green day and I have had fruit for breakfast and a Baked bean and Cheese jacket potatoe for Lunch.  Tea tonight is planned with Pasta and a small piece of garlic bread, and melon and a muller lite yogurt.  Going to the gym as well so i should have no reason or in fact time to stray off plan. I am finally feeling a bit fitter and in spinning my legs seem to be going round much faster, so i think that my belly must be starting to shrink, so that when I am sat on the bike there is more room for my legs to go round.&lt;br /&gt;I have got spinning and studio strength class again today, and going to be ontrack diet wise and stay under 15syns.  Tomorrow will be a little harder but sunday should be ok as I have planned to do a full roast dinner.&lt;br /&gt;In my mind I would really like to loose 3lbs at weigh in on Monday as that would be the two pound I want to loose every week and then the pound I put on last week that was undeserved. In theory to get back on track it should really be 5lb but that is very unrealistic as i have has two meals out this week, allthough I have been very very good the rest of the time. &lt;br /&gt;Quite hungry now so the choice is two satsumas or some grapes.&lt;br /&gt;Got some new gym kit of the internet today from a company called TLC sport, i have ordered off them before and there stuff fits well and washes really well. Focus is what i need. I am going to get meals planned this week and try to shift the 1st two pounds for monday.&lt;br /&gt;Blogging is back on the agenda, cause it keeps me away from the vending machine at lunch time !!!&lt;br /&gt;Motivation is what i need. Things are more settled on the love life front now, so there are no excuses there now except for the fact that he some times brings cookies home and he loves Ben &amp;amp; Jerry's.  They used to be two of my favourite men along with Jack !!!! I put on 2lbs and and still at a total loss of 7stone 2lbs.&lt;br /&gt;First mini target is to get back to 7stone 7lbs lost which I am going to try and do in the next couple of weeks, then onwards from there.&lt;br /&gt;The gym is going well and I did a hard spinning class last night and will go again today, but it will be the gym as opposed to spinning. &lt;br /&gt;Diet wise I am much better as I am eating healthier and staying relatively on par with syns allthough I am only on day two, but I do feel motivation is high.&lt;br /&gt;I will do this and will get two stone off for xmas&lt;br /&gt;21 weigh in's till xmas, scary i know but at two lb per week that could easily be 42lb which would put me at target, but alloing for a few slip ups along the way i can do 28 without too much stress. Had a few weeks away at shows and off track with the gym and diet.  But did go to the gym last night and do Aerobics Studio and Spinning.  And its off to slimming world tonight for the weigh in. Any ideas of what to do ? &lt;br /&gt;I want to do some free weights but that tends to be the male are of the gym, so when I venture down there I would like to look like I know what I am doing.  I am quite strong and do quite a lot of weights in Studio Strength (like Body Pump) . &lt;br /&gt;I need to do this so if the training partner ever decides to leave his ex girlfriend alone I can whoop his ass at the gym !!!! That was was the only upside of the whole stressful experience.  I am not sure if all the stress is over, but i do have a feeling it may not.&lt;br /&gt;But the good side is I am now back to 8stone lost, just need to stick at that.&lt;br /&gt;Got a new training partner at the gym and after spinning tonight i am having my first gym session with the training partner. I have a busy schedule the next fwe days so I am going to prepare food in advance and try to not let it be the focus, more of something I have to do.  If I am bust I do not tend to think of food as much. I knew i deserved a loss last week, but I did feel it may have been a little more. Allthough I had lost 6lbs the week previous and 2½ the week before that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am now feeling like I have got back into the swing of it and would like to keep going this way for the next few weeks. I really must not let anything throw me off course food wise and I want to remain focused.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Circumstances have made it that I am not gyming tonight, but I am going to cook much healthier for tea and have a nice Green day tea of slimming world chips and mushy peas. I have some Rice pudding as well that I can also have and still keep my syns right down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have got back to loosing exactly 7½ stone (again) and now need to get back to that 8 stone mark. If i could do that before the end of March that would be fab, if not i will get there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also got slimmer of the week at group last night, and the nice thing was that was 2nd week running. It has been a very long while since that has been the case.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivation is still good and I am not wanting to eat the large ammounts of rubbish that I had been eating. I so deserve a loss tonight and I hope I get one. &lt;br /&gt;I did Spinning &amp;amp; Gym on Friday and had a go on the powerplate which was quite good.&lt;br /&gt;Saturday did a long walk with the dog and then got my butt to the gym, and did the xtrainer &amp;amp; rower and some free weights, then a spinning class. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tea was lovely I did slimming world chips and mushy peas with a small piece of cod, and the syn free rice pudding.  How nice was that !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday I became gym bunny extodinaire.  I got up and took the dos out, and then went to do spinning and aerobics.  Got home and took the dog for a proper long walk and then did another gym and power plate session and aerobics class, as I couldn't get to the studio strength class that I normally go to on a sunday. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diet wise I have only gone over 15 syns once this week and that was on Monday which was treat night.  So I am really hoping for a loss tonight. On the real plus side I was slimmer of the week and would like to be it again this week, but that will be a case of wait and see.  Realistically I have to loose 2lb to get back to having lost 7½ stone, so that is my mini target for this weekend.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not doing as many of the Extra Easy days as I was before, and going back to original and green days, and this seems to work so much better for me. &lt;br /&gt;Gym wise I am getting fitter and my knee is not giving me as much pain as it used to even though i am still carrying and extra stone of mince pies !!!!&lt;br /&gt;I have a really busy weekend so that could work one of two ways for the food plan, but with how I'm feeling at the moment it will be good.  I will get back to a more regular posting, just in case any one actually reads this drivel and has the slightest interest in my progress.&lt;br /&gt;Exercise planned over the next few days is spinning, aerobics, studio strength and a couple of hours in the gym on the x-trainer and rower and doing a few free weights. &lt;br /&gt;We have one of those new Power Plates in the gym, but never used it before, may give that a go as well.... Had a bit of pain in lower back from a cow pulling me on saturday morning, so didn't make spinning as i wanted to rest it an make sure i could do my walk with the girls on the sunday morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday did about 6-7 miles with the girls from the gym that are starting to train for the moon walk in May in London.  It was very muddy, but loved every minute of it. &lt;br /&gt;I then did Aerobics, Studio and spinning last night.  I was very careful with the weights in studio as my back was still a little sore.  It feels better when I am walking and fine at spinning, so as long as I am careful it should be ok. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food wise quite good over the weekend, no alcohol except a small mug of gluvine whilst on the walk with the girls, but i have been under syns all three days.  I am also trying to very steadily reduce my portion sizes, and i am now only having one slice of bread with my breakfast.   I had a little sneeky weigh on my home scales and it was reporting a 2lb loss, which is a little disappointing with all the hard work I feel i have put in, but not getting to dispondant till I have had my official weigh in tonight. That is 8½ lbs in three weeks, the disapponting thing is that i put 14lbs in 2 weeks over xmas !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But at least it is comming off and I am feeling quite fit at the moment, allthough I have got to improve in the gym.  I have got to get my times better on the rower.  And get back to more cardio in the gym.  I am going to try and do some extra in the gym on saturday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food wise this week I did have a meal out last night, but that is it now till next week, so i should be on for a loss this week.  I would like to have a 2-3lb loss, cause I have lots of exercise planned between now and Sunday and I am going to work hard to achieve the results.&lt;br /&gt;Spinning &amp;amp; Studio Strength later today so that should help as well and the same booked tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been writing down all my food and exercise in a book and that is really helping, and also I have found out that my BMR is 1720, but i am going to try and find out a bit more about that. Really pleased that my hard work of last week paid off.  I am gong to try and work harder this week cause i know that it will harder.   I was Slimmer of the week this week, and it has been a long while since I have done that.  I would like to get it again soon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did have a few more original days than i was going to have, but it has worked so I am going to keep up the good work.  I have one meal out planned this week, and one night when I am not sure what will be happening food wise.  But i know for sure both nights I wont be drinking, as I am going to drive both of them.&lt;br /&gt;I am going to go for a walk every day this week at lunchtime as well, unless the weather is really bad, and that should help things along.&lt;br /&gt;Fitness goals this week are more walking and improve rowing times and distance in the gym, whilst still doing other classes. I have got to start increasing the walking, and get back in the gym more. I need to improve on the rower and xtrainer. But there is time to do that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food wise not too bad and I am expecting a loss at weigh in tonight, and i do deserve it this week.  It feels good to be back in control, and even when I had an impromptu invite out for lunch yesterday, i knew it wasn't going to ruin my whole week.  But also I had been for a walk in the morning and went to the gym last night, so hopefully that will have counteracted it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am trying to reduce my portion sizes a bit now, as a new aim for 2009.  Because i love my food and still love it, i am going to try to scale things down a little and only eat when I am hungry... Apart from breakfast. I do have my big breakfast every day, and that helps me stick to plan for the rest of the day. &lt;br /&gt;On the Slimming World new Extra Easy plan , I have been getting on ok with it but i do enjoy my healthy extras and have found myself reverting back to original, quite a few days last week. I am not ready to say how much i put on yet, but I am working very hard to get it off&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  Get fitter and try to run.  I live in the countryside and would love to be able to do some running, down side to this is that i live on a great big hill&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. go to bed earlier.  A silly one but after comming home from the gym and having a bath i then seem to spend too many hours in front of the tv catching up with the sky plus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. I was trying the new Slimming world Extra Easy Plan, which works.&lt;br /&gt;The new plan allows you to have meat and pasta/potatoes in the same day all free.   It was a bit wierd but got me through new year sucessfully.  My aim is to have a loss at every weigh in during January, that should help me get back on track. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week i should have nothing at all to throw me off track, and there will be no alcohol drunk at all for the next few weeks. At least !!!! I have the gym planned most of the week, and i am going to start to vary things a lot more.  I went on the rower on Saturday before spinning and I realised i need to actually go in the gym more to get some variety.  I have booked in for aerobics, studio strength, spinning and the gym this week.  I am even going to do more walking at the weekend and possibly walk up town a bit at lunchtimes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not going to write about my final target till I am 10lb awayfrom it cause as soon as I set it last time, I started to fail.  All the way along when i never set a target i kept loosing, so i amd just going to keep plodding away at it for the time being, and just want to get back in to a pattern of actually loosing weight.  I do have a couple of mini targets in mind, one of which is a challenge with an online buddy I have on a Slimming World Forum, which is a race to 13 stone, which will take me a while but I will get there.  Also I want to have lost weight for the start of the cattle showing season in May which is when the food and drink becomes more of an issue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway the gym later and an original day for me today as I have lots of Lamb to eat up and tonight i have the rest of it, so it seemed easier to go back to basics today. I have meals planned for the next few days.  It is my Birthday at the weekend, but I am sure that if i can be good up till then I should be able to get through it without a gain. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have spinning booked today, and I have a good exercise plan for the rest of the week.  I just have to stick to it and remain focused.  I need to get back to the 8½ stone lost that I got to over a month ago.  I have now lost 8stone 1lb again, but I feel very motivated and want to get this last 30lb off. A little disappointed, as I didn't feel that I had strayed too far off course, but i can think of a few reasons why.  It was one of those weeks last week where circumstances ment I just couldn't get to the gym.  I do think that getting to the gym is crucial to my weight loss, and I need to try and get there 3 times a week.  Last week I went once and i think that really shows. &lt;br /&gt;Also at the weekend I had two cattle shows and that ment I didn't eat enough on Saturday and Sunday, which I also feel i need to eat plenty of free food to get my losses up.&lt;br /&gt;This week I also have two shows but I am going to take more free food to eat so I don't stray on to snacks !!&lt;br /&gt;This now means I have 27lbs to target, and I maybe wont get there for xmas, but I am still motivated and even a stone for xmas would be fab, and i still have a new dress to buy.  Which i am going to leave buying till the middle of November.  So its a case of how much can I loose and how much can I shape up at the gym before then. I have been very good food wise the last couple of days staying in line syn wise.  My new best friend "Slimming World Chips" has definately helped, I had them again last night after the gym.  Got the nack of getting them cooked a bit quicker, as i boiled them last night and put them in the fridge over night.  Tonight I will be on plan for tea as it is allready made, I am having the minced beef wraps that were in Augusts magazine.  I dont do many recepies out of the magazine but this has made me have a go and be more adventrous.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Allthough my back is still hurting a little from falling of my sisters horse last week, Spinning doen't aggravate it so that is a good thing, I was going to studio strength last night but it was cancelled. I suppose that is a good thing as my physio isn't back off her hols for another week and I have got four cattle shows in the next 8 days so i have got to keep going. &lt;br /&gt;A busy weekend comming up which will be good for the diet cause I have planned tonight and tomorrow nights teas, and as long as I can stay away from the ice creams tomorrow and Sunday, i should have a loss for Monday.  Looking forward to Sundays show, cause it has the trotting racing.  Its at Hartington and we always enjoy this show.   Dietwise i am going to take lots of fruit with me both days, and try and avoid anything too synful, as I do want a loss on Monday to make it four weeks in a row.  Again 2lb will keep me on target. I ate my cob with no butter on it and not much else.  Got home and just had fruit and a mullerlite yogurt.  I didn't deliberately not have much food, it was just the way it worked out. &lt;br /&gt;Sunday I went to a family christening which food wise was terrible.  I ate fruit on the way there and was like a saint when I got home, so the damage limitation worked.  I tried to make wise choices, but nearly everything was syns rather than free food.&lt;br /&gt;But all that said all the good work in the week must have paid off as I lost 3½lbs.  My total loss now is 8 stone 8lbs..... I am so chuffed.  That keeps me on track for our Christmas target.  I so want to do it, I have even said no to KFC before the pictures tonight, which for me is a big thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;25lbs to target  Woo Hoo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;I have to try and be really good this week as where I fell off the horse last week I have a niggling back, and my lady that sorts it for me is on holiday, so not sure when she will be able to mend me.  Hoping it will be this week cause i need to get back in to full exercise mode to keep this last 25lb comming off.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am spinning tommorrow and Thursday, so that will hepl, and spinning doesn't seem to annoy it... thank god.&lt;br /&gt;Never heard anything about Slimming World Woman of the year, which even a no would have been nice when it took 3 hours to fill in the entry form.  I really took time putting loads of info in it. They were delicious.  They key is to buy the right potatoes, and don't cut corners with the method. I used my grans chipper and they were crinkle cut.  I am having another green day today to eat the rest of the potatoes tonight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spinning &amp;amp; Hula Hooping tonight, and going to stay below 10 syns today. And do the exercise as well.   Yesterday I went out for a meal and managed to do it in 12 syns, which i was really pleased about, so this week is going to plan so far.  The only blip over the weekend will be a christening on Sunday, but I am going to try so hard and not let one day ruin my plans for a Christmas Target.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My knees at the moment feel much better, not perfect by a long way, but I can definately feel an improvement, the main niggle I have at the moment, is a bit of inner thigh strain, that wasn't helped by the long fall of the big horse (nicknamed Lanky) on Sunday. To get to my Christmas target, i need to loose 2lb per week, Which is doable.  I have 29lbs to go and as long as I get some of the way there for Christmas I will be happy.  I have 2½lb to loose for my next award which I would really like to try and do this week.  I am going to be very good this week with only one meal out and try and get as much exercisie in as possible. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Allthough nearly had a major setback on the exercise front on Sunday, when I came a cropper from my sisters horse.  I went out the back door !!!  He is nearly 18hands, and I haven't fell off a horse for over 3 years and it was a very long way to fall.   It was mainly hurt pride, but I was a little winded and have got some inner thigh strain, but I managed to soldier on and go to Spinning &amp;amp; Studio Strength on Sunday night.   And I will get back on again, but may not be quite as adventurous as jumping next time......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its spinning and the gym today, and going to go on the rower and go for 9mins 13 or lower as that is my personal best.  Must do some good weights on the pullovers, as I gould really feel those on my triceps last week for about three days afterwards !!!   Claire that i go to the gym with calls me the Punnisher... I cant think why LOL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been very good so far today and want to stay that way for the rest of the day, I had a bit of a disaster at breakfast as my bread was mouldy so I had to throw itaway after it was cooked, cause although the slice I tried to use did not have any mould on it, tasted vile , so my lovely breakfast had to go in the bin.  So then i had no time at all to prepare anything else, so I had a muller lite yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Only snag was I was having mullerlite and fruit for my lunch today.  Its a good job they were on offer in Morrisons. And actually I don't feel that hungry... at the moment, that will be all the grapes I have ate !!  Going to have some melon before I go to the gym, then I can have what I want for tea tonight, almost.  Infact I know my tea is 6 syns cause it is a Quorn Lasange that some one at Slimming world made for me.  So really looking forward to that and will be able to even have it with a slice of bread, as breakfast went so wrong !!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Going to try and limit my syns this week to 10 per day except for tomorrow when I have a tea allready prepared for me that I don't know what it is.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feel very motivated for the week ahead, and really really want to loose this 2½lbs. Been good syn wise this week have stayed away from chocolate and alcohol.  I did have a naan bread last night, but only cause the low fat fish dish I had cooked myself was vile !!  I was starving and had come back from the gym. &lt;br /&gt;I sometimes do this and get get very disappointed with my cooking ability !!&lt;br /&gt;But it will be ok tonight, as you cant go wrong with Pork Chops.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gym planned for Sunday as well, may even try and do three classes on sunday, which should help for a loss on Monday. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My freind Beck is still on track as well and we are together this weekend, so hopefully we should manage to stay syn free, and keep each other motivated. She is gutted she only lost a pound, but I said to her every pound is a good pound, and she is loosing every week, so she is much more consistant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Worked really hard at the gym last night, and really pushed myself in spinning and then had a really hard session in the gym.  Managed 9.16 on the rower, which was good to say i hadn't been on for a while.  I am going to try and do this more to get under 9 mins.  No exercise for me tonight as I have a meal out tonight, so going to try and stay syn free all day, and I am driving tonight so they will be no alcohol worries. I am going to try so hard to never let it say 7 stone something again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am also now not obese according to my BMI I am now just overweight.   I never thought I would be so happy to be overwight !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My consultant Jane who has been off for a few week s with a back injury managed to make it last night, and it was really great to see her.  She gave me my Woman of the Year award.  Last night I filled in the 15 page entry form to enter the district finals.   Not sure i will get very far in it though, cause I am still on my weight loss journey and still need to loose another 2 stone, and I haven't really got any exciting stories to tell.  But I am entering it anyway so watch this space... I will keep you all posted.  It would be nice to get a bit further in the competition, would give me a real achievement, allthough i am happy with what I have achieved so far.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After a nice curry last night, with a garlic and cheese naan bread, I am allready firmly back on track this morning with  a large breakfast this morning of eggy bread and cherry tomatoes.  Not sure about what to have for lunch today, but I am going to have steak salad for tea tonight after the gym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The gym today is one spinning class then a good 1-1½ hours in the gym with a work mate (Claire).  I haven't been on the rower for ages and want to see if i can still hit the 9.20 mark for 2000meters.  Still not sure it that is any good, but when I started going it was around 10.45 so even i can see an improvement. I did Studio Strength &amp;amp; Spinning on Friday night and stuch to plan for my tea when I got home, of Lamb Chops.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday was also a good day as very busy, cattle washing first thing, which must be a good calorie burner, cause washing the car is supposed to be so I will try and equate it like that LOL .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I then Had a bacon &amp;amp; egg sandwich for my lunch which was really nice and set me up for going to the gym later. Did my spinning class, and I do feel that my knee is getting stronger. Its not perfect but it is feeling that i can work harder on it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday was at a cattle show, so lots of activity, Walking round and a little bad food, cause i submitted to a tray of chips and mushy peas, and two hot donuts (without sugar)  but was like a saint for the rest of the day, and went and did studio strength and spinning with my friend Beck, and worked like stink ! I think some of the motivation was the chips and donuts I had ate and not wanting them to ruin my weigh in tonight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is the Woman of the Year award to night at slimming world, and I so need to be back to 8 stone lost when they read it out. The picture of me in the black trousers was a stone ago and I want to loose another 2 stone 5lbs from now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been almost saintly today, but with it being friday the Lottery Chocolates have been round at work today, but i did have something, a pack of fun size chocolate buttons, and I have counted them into my syns.  I had to resist hard this morning the urge to pop on the scales but I haven't gone on.  The gym was good last night i worked really hard in Spinning and then did Hula Hooping, which doesn't sound that much like hard work, but i work up a right sweat with three, yes three Hula hoops.  I am finally making a bit of progress in the Hula Hooping department. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonight I have Spinning &amp;amp; Studio Strength booked, and I am going to try to work reall hard, cause I want and need a loss on Monday.  I am going to try and up my weights a little at Studio Strength tonight, to help build a few muscles to try and fill a bit of the spare skin I have.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tea tonight is going to be Lamb chops. with leeks and a low fat cheese sauce.  I am also going to avoid anything sweet as a pudding tonight, and try and have fruit, cause I want to try and be under my syns today. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Got to find time today or tomorrow to make something for the Party on Monday night, I am either going to make an original syn free quiche or some eat smart sausages in a hot spicy sauce.&lt;br /&gt;I have spinning booked tomorrow, and I am going to try and make it to the gym for at least an hour as well.  I want to get on the rower and keep pushing my 2000m times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well I am going to try really hard all over the weekend, and there are no more pringles in the house, so that is good there are a few bits of chocolate but nothing too exciting, so I think I could be ok this weekend. When they read out how much weight I have lost I really want it to be 8 stone and not 7 stone something !!!  I know that a couple of lb doesn't make much difference in the scheme of things but it is a big thing for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I dont expect to look like the picture but I have to visulise something and i need to keep looking at where I have gone from and to, and focus on where I want to go to. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; I thought that that may have balanced out the Jack Daniels and cream cakes that I ate !!!   Bad plan, it failed miserabally.  I know what i have to do to rectify this and I have to loose at lease 2lb this week as i want to have lost 8 stone when they give me my award for Woman of the year.  &lt;br /&gt;I also really want to have lost another 2 stone by Christmas, so I have got to stop getting off track and kick myself up the butt.  Have booked in for spinning tonight and tomorrow night and Hula Hooping tommorrow so that should get things moving again.  I am planning before Monday to have had at least 8 hours at the gym and done stuff at home, like going for a walk and riding.&lt;br /&gt;My mate beck had her weigh in as well last night and she has lost two lb, really pleased for her as she has worked really hard and deserved a good loss this week. What I can stress is, that Slimming World does work as long as you stick at it, but then any diet will work as long as you stick at it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are both motivated towards our Christmas targets and know that there is hard work to come.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I cant even begin to imagin what i would look like with another 31lb off.  I think now it wont change me too much, but just give me a better shape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise plans had to go out the window last night, as I had a poorly eye again, and had to come home from work and rest it.  That led to big temptation in the food department, but i did manage to stick to my syn's even though I made myself a really horrible tea !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had the majority of my syn's so far today as it was Roast dinner today at work, so will be having free food for tea tonight after the gym.&lt;br /&gt;Planning on havin Laughing Cow Lights and Ryvita, with pickled onions and tomatoes. I have manages to take two pound off my christmas countdown and it now says 31lb to go. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My personal mini target this week is 2lb, which over a Bank holiday weekend will be hard, but I want to get back in to regular losses, and I know I can do it, this week has proved that.&lt;br /&gt;I also want the 2lb next week cause i have been nominated for woman of the year, and when they read my name out I want to be able to say I have lost 8½ stone and 2lb next week and the week after will nearly get me there.  It is 16 weigh ins till a Chrismas Ball that i go to every year and I really want to go in a stunning black dress, and be able to say I have got to my target. &lt;br /&gt;I dont think 2lb per week is too hard to achieve, especially as I am going to put the exercisie in and work hard at it cause i still really want this and I have slacked off sor long enough now !!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is my friends weigh in tonight, and she has been just as good as me, if not better, so I have my fingers crossed for her.  She has the same time frame as me so we can motivate each other along the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have booked in for Studio Strength (weights with Music like Body Pump) and Spinning tonight, and should be able to make the gym every night this week including saturday, and I have booked in for all of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food wise today I have allready had a good breakfast and I am hoping to have a syn free lunch and either pork or Lamp Chops for tea tonight.  The pork or lamb chops are are really quick option for me now I have got into using my George Forman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivation is really high this week, and i just need to feel like this till weigh in next Tuesday, and really go for it this week. Very dissapointed with myself, but at least I know why it has happened.  It is weigh in tonight, and I have been very good this week so I am hoping to repair the damage done, and get back on track for my Christmas goal of another 2 stone. Wasn't intentional, but I was working on the theory that it would be better burning that off after work at studio strength (Weights ) and spinning.   I did a good spinning session and then work really hard in studio, didn't put my weights up but i think i may next week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday food wise was very good managed to stay within my 15 syns but ate random food, but that is the beauty of slimming world. And i think that is why it suits me and I have managed to stick to it for over a year.  Was ment to go spinning but my sister rang and said would i go riding with her.  It was nice weather so i went but I had to cancel spinning. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday Studio strength and spinning sunday night, was supposed to go to the gym as well with claire but at 3.30pm she cried off with a hangover, at which point that should have made me more determined than ever to go, but instead gave me and extra hour with my sister which gave me the oppurtnity to eat three fresh cream and jam scones !!!   If I had gone to the gym that wouldn't have happened.  It just goes to prove that i still have crap willpower, even though I have shifted 8 stone !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But on the whole the weekend was ok, so would like a loss at weigh in tonight, but my body just doesn't feel like it.  I think I need to up the free food intake a little more, allthough it is going to be a hard week this week as off to Bakewell show for three days with the Cattle tomorrow, then another cattle show on Saturday.   (I do tend to stuggle a bit when we go to the shows, with the nice food in my way, the bad choices i make and of course the alcohol )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway i will be syn free all day today till weigh in and if I have a loss i will have some syns tonight.  If I dont have a loss i will be good tonight, as the rest of the week is going to be hard. &lt;br /&gt;The going is getting tough now, and this last 33lb is going to be very hard .&lt;br /&gt;But i did 8 classes last week so I hoping that, it has paid off. Beat my personal best on the rower for 2000m. (9.14) Dont really know hoe good it is, but it is the best time I have done, and I have seen and improvement down from 11.25mins.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nipped in to tesco on the way home, brought all on plan food, including Mullerlights, which are 4 for £1 at the moment.  Got home and had syn free sausages and salad.   All going great guns, decided to have 2 pieces of chocolate, as used quite a few syns on my roast dinner at lunch time.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The phone rang, ended up chatting for over an hour, in which time I had ate the rest of the chocolate. Stayed syn free all day, normal breakfast of eggy bread and fresh tomatoes, on warburtons healthy inside bread.  Tuesday was a green day, as it was Jacket potatoes at work for lunch, so i had a large baked bean and cheese Jacket potato.  2 apples and a mullerlight yogurt. &lt;br /&gt;Went to the gym and worked very hard by doing two spinning classes, the first one was not as hard as the second, as the normal instructor was not there for the first class.&lt;br /&gt;Came home and had a noodle stir fry and I even weighed out 112g of chicken, i did have some prawn crackers with it but had them as my syns, and two small pieces of chocolate.  Then had a bowl of syn free rice pudding with blackcurrents and blackberries. A very small gain of ½lb.  Not too worried with that after a 5½lb loss last week and three meals out and a takeaway.   I did work very hard over the weekend though by keeping my syns right down and making sure that I kept the exercisie levels up even though I had been at a show, and felt knackered Sunday night.   I was very strict all the days when I had a meal out and stayed syn free till the meal out, so I also think that helped.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No nights out this week so I am going to the gym as much as I can and being very good foodwise.  I want to get back in the routine of losses.  I have 33½lb to go to my target in 20 weeks which is an average or 1.65lb per week.  I am hoping for a few good weeks to bring the average down to a lb a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spinning tonight, then not sure what to do after that, may do double spin, or aerobics or the gym. I have been on plan all day at work, no syns at all but plenty of food. Well I went last night, it was lovely.  I had read up about reflexology on the internet a little before going, and it can improve muscle tone and circulation, so I am hoping that it will help my fat legs !!!    This is the one thing i really aim to change wih the last 33lb i need to loose.  &lt;br /&gt;I have been doing lots of exercise and loads on the legs, hence the backside has dissapeared... well nearly, but i still have fat knees and fat calves.   I know I am making progress but they look worse now as they are a bit lumpy and wobbly !!!  Does any one have any advice at all ???&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have booked a couple of sessions for the reflexology, so will have to see if that helps, if not it is some valuable me time .....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diet wise yesterday was a good day right up till 10pm, when I had 10 pringles ....  which would have been fine if I didn't have another 10 then another then another !!!!   I wasn't able to exercise after the reflexology, which was a bit dissapointing, but that was some way responsible for the intake of pringles, that and my momentary lack of self control.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Back on plan with a vengence this morning, meal out tonight so I am staying syn free all day to save them for tonight. It was yet another diet started with good intentions, as they all have been over the years, never dreamt that 14months down the line I would still be on it.  On Monday Night I achieved a total loss so far of 8 stone, and I have set my first real major target, i have little targets all the way through as i never really thought I would get to a realistic one.  But that is the beauty of slimming world there is no need to set targets, its one week at a time, which for a previously failed dieter like me is great.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It hasn't been easy, and I have started this blog as another way to help keep me on track and get me to target.  What is my target, you may be thinking well it is another 2 stone and 5lbs, which is 33lbs, which i would like to loose before Christmas.  I don't think it is too unrealistic, but it will be tough with how far I have come.  But I really do want this. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I havent been the perfect dieter, and when I go off track i do seem to go with a bang. I am a food lover, and I think thats why slimming world suits me.  I am a food optimising convert.
