Birthday and Works Xmas Doo

It was ours works xmas doo at the weekend, which coincided with my birthday. My freind had told me she had found me the perfect man..... Well here he is on the picture !!!

No Hangover Sunday morning which was excellent, as I had quite a bit of stuff to do, and I even managed to do three classes at the gym last night, which by the looks of my arms in that dress i need to keep doing them till the next time the dress goes out on the 13th Dec !!

I was pleased I did go to the gym, cause with it being my birthday I was tempted to go out for a meal.

Its weigh in tonight, I am hoping I haven't done too much damage on Saturday night. I did do a lot of dancing, so hoping that may have balanced out a few of the Vodka and redbulls.

I have been quite good exercise wise all week, and food wise not too bad, did go out for a meal on Friday night, but did not have a pudding. So its fingers crossed for weigh in tonight.
