The weekend

Had a good weekend food wise and kept up with the gym big style, just need to get the results to show on the scales.
I dont thing I am eating enough at the mo, and that will be what i am going to change this week, to see if I can get the losses back up. Its weigh in tonight, not really sure how I will have done but I have been good, so fingers crossed.
