Thursday and all is well

So far been very good, and have kept up with the good food choices and the gym. Got to keep plugging away at it then on Monday night I will get the results that i deserved last week.
Cant go to pieces over the weekend, I never used to, I used to be better at the weekends than in the week. I could loose 3 lb over the weekend, But that hasnt happened recently. Going to have a sneeky little weigh on the scales in the morning.
Nursing a bad shoulder, so only doing spinning and legs tonight !! Still not going to use it as and excuse to skive off, got to keep with the motivation

Day 1 in the new start house!!

A really really disappointing weigh in last night only lost ½lb, and I am gutted !
I cant let it get me down, cause I have to do this and get back on track and keep loosing weight.
Off to the gym tonight, then to resist evil temptations of food on the way home.
Only a short blog today cause I am off to the gym now and the choice is sit on my too fat butt blogging or make my butt smaller at the gym ... WHat would you do ?

Massive Kick Up The Butt

Right Confession time
I am putting weight back on, It has to stop. I am back at class with a vengance and want to get myself back on track and back loosing weight.
I could write a list of excuses down here as to what has gone wrong but i am not going to as its life and also me being weak and using events as a reason !!
I found that when I blogged more I was much more focused and was planning more so here I go again.
Not going to say yet how much I have put on, but I will when it starts comming back off, cause I am going to do it, and I am going to eventually get to my target of loosing 10 stone. Now a massive way to go to achieve that, but I will do it !
The gym and classes are still going to form a major part of my master plan, as are my slimming world classes.
