Thursday and all is well

So far been very good, and have kept up with the good food choices and the gym. Got to keep plugging away at it then on Monday night I will get the results that i deserved last week.
Cant go to pieces over the weekend, I never used to, I used to be better at the weekends than in the week. I could loose 3 lb over the weekend, But that hasnt happened recently. Going to have a sneeky little weigh on the scales in the morning.
Nursing a bad shoulder, so only doing spinning and legs tonight !! Still not going to use it as and excuse to skive off, got to keep with the motivation
