Whats been Happening

Didmt make weigh in this week as was off work on Monday and didnt feel like breaking the day up to haul myself back t Mansfield for Weigh in at Slimming World.
I have been on track and last weekend made it to the gym Saturday and Sunday, and I have been all week apart from Monday. Didnt spoil things with a fancy valentines meal as Lee was working so at least I could look on the bright side of it somehow, and on the Monday didnt go off plan either. I think my problem this week will be the fact that I havent been eating enough. I have had a few things to deal with and that has made me not want to eat as I have been feeling a little sick. But i have managed full attendance at the gym and so hoping for a 4 lb loss this week (2lb from last week and 2lb this week ) to keep me focused and motivated.
I dont feel as if I am shaping up yet from the gym activities, but am going to get the tape measure out in the next few days.
Well its omelette for lunch today with Salad and then roast dinner when I get back from the gym so I should be relatively syn free today and tommorrow and Sunday I am going to try exceptionally hard.
I want to be reporting a good loss on Monday night and stay focused for shifting all this excess weight, and toning up !

Week 140WI

Week 140 weigh in

A good 2½lb loss this week, which I am pleased with after last weeks blip of a pound gain which I didnt feel i deserved. I seem to be getting a steady loss but I suppose I am just impatient and wish it would come off as quick as it goes on. But in real terms i did have three off plan meals in that so just imagin if i ever had a stunningly good week fully on plan !!

Well So far today I have been on a green day and I have had fruit for breakfast and a Baked bean and Cheese jacket potatoe for Lunch. Tea tonight is planned with Pasta and a small piece of garlic bread, and melon and a muller lite yogurt. Going to the gym as well so i should have no reason or in fact time to stray off plan. Got the gym planned in all week till Sunday even then I am trying to fit some thing in.

My shoulder is a little better and definately now feels as if it is on the mend.
I am keeping a comprehensive food diary as well which does seem to be helping.

Its the weekend

Well its the weekend I have been to the gym as planed, and I am going to try and get tomorrow and Sunday. I am finally feeling a bit fitter and in spinning my legs seem to be going round much faster, so i think that my belly must be starting to shrink, so that when I am sat on the bike there is more room for my legs to go round.
I have got spinning and studio strength class again today, and going to be ontrack diet wise and stay under 15syns. Tomorrow will be a little harder but sunday should be ok as I have planned to do a full roast dinner.
In my mind I would really like to loose 3lbs at weigh in on Monday as that would be the two pound I want to loose every week and then the pound I put on last week that was undeserved. In theory to get back on track it should really be 5lb but that is very unrealistic as i have has two meals out this week, allthough I have been very very good the rest of the time.
Quite hungry now so the choice is two satsumas or some grapes.
Got some new gym kit of the internet today from a company called TLC sport, i have ordered off them before and there stuff fits well and washes really well. So as well as feeling fitter this week i will look better in some nice new gym kit.
I am feeling very motivated and really need to have a good weekend this weekend, and I really want that loss for Monday.

Im Back !!!!

Big kick up the arse time
Put on weight over christmas, got a lovely fella that likes me cooking nice things to eat, going out for nice meals.
Well back on track with Slimming World, lost 6½ lbs in January just need to continue that for each month of 2010 and I will be back to where I want to be.
Was ill the first two weekd of Jan so didnt make it back to the gym straight away but i was back last week, so apart from a niggling little shoulder injury there is nothing stopping me !!!
Lee (my fella) has been coming to the gym with me and will support me as he knows how much I want to do this, so I have no excuses at all.
Spinning & Studio Strength are the order of the day today, and also more regular blogging, I do like and enjoy the support from my online buddies.
Luckily I didnt put all my weight back on, but it has been enough to shock me back into control.
I have continued going to the slimming world classes so at least i knew exactly where I was weight wise and also cause I am a social team member, that is one of the reasons it was so easy to get back on track.
I have the gym booked 4 times this week and i will make it to all of them and maybe more, if i have time.
I will do this and at the moment motivation is high, just wished i didnt have to spend all day sat in front of the computer when i could be at the gym or out walking or something burning off calories !!! But for now I have to do this
