Week 77 Weigh In

Finally a great weigh in at slimming world to report 5lb off this week, and I am back in control and back on track. I have meals planned for the next few days. It is my Birthday at the weekend, but I am sure that if i can be good up till then I should be able to get through it without a gain.

I have spinning booked today, and I have a good exercise plan for the rest of the week. I just have to stick to it and remain focused. I need to get back to the 8½ stone lost that I got to over a month ago. I have now lost 8stone 1lb again, but I feel very motivated and want to get this last 30lb off. I know that exercise is they key and i realise that i have slacked off recently, cause I did three classes on Sunday, and woke up feeling very stiff and aching and it made me think I had not been up as much as i should.

I am going to try and keep up with my blog, and report the bad as well as the good.

Week 75 Weigh in

Finally got a hold on things and had a maintain this week which I am happy about as I would have normally put on with being away at the weekend. I was really good right up till the show, and not terrible whilst there so i am back in control.

I have the last stay away show for the year this weekend, so if I can be extra good till friday night, i should be able to limit the damage, and being realistic, a maintain next week would be excellent.
Then I can really start to kick butt again and get my arse into gear, I have put on half a stone, which I am disaapointed with but I am motivated to sort it out.
Double spinning booked today, so that should be good for calorie burning, and keeping me on track for the weeke ahead.
I need to keep blogging as this helps me to see what I am doing, and at night keeps me out the fridge.
I have planned all my meals today, and having the Beef Kofta meatballs from the slimming world Curry feast book tonight for my tea.
I need to start loosing again, cause I really do want to do this.
